| SUPERVISED MONTHLY MONITORING PROGRAM
PURPOSE: The Supervised Monitoring program is designed for non-felony offenders who have been convicted of driving under the influence (DUI). Court fines and compliance in treatment recommendations are monitored. The focus of individual sessions are based on reduction of high risk behavior, rather than alcohol/drug counseling.
PROCEDURE: Individuals are court ordered to attend Supervised Monthly Monitoring subsequent to a conviction for an alcohol/drug related offense.
FEES: $10.00 for first and last session and $13.00 for each individual or group session. Fees include the price of required material.
ACCESS/REFERRAL: Supervised Monthly Monitoring is recommended by the evaluator at the time of the evaluation and then ordered by the court. This service is provided for the 11th Judicial District Courts, which includes Cherokee, Crawford, and Labette Counties. Appointments can take place in Pittsburg, Parson, Columbus, and Riverton. This program is offered for Spanish speaking individuals at the Pittsburg Office only.
