PURPOSE: To assist persons with severe and persistent mental illness to locate and afford a safe and clean independent living environment.

PROCEDURE: Family Life Center, Inc. has a limited amount of funding available for temporary rent subsidies and to help clients obtain needed items for setting up residence.

FEES: Consumers participating in this program will ultimately be responsible for their own living expenses.

ACCESS/REFERRAL: Persons must meet the criteria for SPMI and be able to live independently. Persons must also be a consumer of services at Family Life Center, Inc. and be receiving case management services.
